Advertising Memory

Every instruction becomes reusable. Every campaign becomes memory.

Concord has two complementary layers. Skills capture explicit operating instructions. Advertising Memory turns historical campaign activity into account-specific intelligence. Together, they give the agent both the playbook and the experience required to execute future campaigns.

Two layers, two different problems

Skills remember how your team wants to work. Advertising Memory learns from how your campaigns have actually worked.

Skills

Turn the way your team buys media into reusable instructions

The explicit, user-controlled layer. Written or approved once, saved as a named Skill, applied whenever the relevant situation appears.

Advertising Memory

Your campaign history becomes intelligence for the next campaign

Built automatically when an advertising account is synchronized. Concord does not approach every new campaign as a blank slate.

Skills

Reusable instructions for how you buy media

A Skill can encode a naming convention, campaign structure, QA checklist, reporting format, platform habit, approval rule, or advertiser-specific playbook. Written in plain language, like an instruction to a teammate.

The rule becomes explicit rather than inferred silently: readable and editable by the team, scoped to the workspace or selected brands, easy to disable or update, governed by the organization.

Before submitting any new campaign: verify naming against the convention, confirm flight dates match the media plan, check budget allocation per line item, confirm geo and language targeting, and validate brand safety exclusions are attached.

How Skills work

  1. Create or accept

A user creates a Skill directly or accepts one proposed by Concord after a recurring preference is identified.

  2. Written in plain language

Like an instruction to a teammate: follow this naming, ask before reallocating budget, run the launch QA checklist.

  3. Scoped

The user chooses its scope: the entire workspace or selected brands.

  4. Loaded when relevant

Concord loads only the Skills relevant to the active brand, platform, workflow, and request.

  5. Governed

An edit or deactivation applies to the next relevant interaction.

Advertising Memory

Historical campaign intelligence

When the connected platform permits it, Concord can retrieve up to three years of campaign history: structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, pacing, naming, modifications and when they happened, delivery and performance before and after those changes, and recurring patterns across brands, teams, and platforms.

Not an archive. Historical campaign operations become usable context the agent draws on when preparing, validating, and executing future campaigns.

Memory is context, not execution

Skills provide explicit instructions. The agent interprets intent and loads the relevant context. Purpose-built tools translate it into Platform Actions. The deterministic layer validates permissions, parameters, and rules. Approvals apply when required. Skills alone never make execution deterministic.

Continuity

Your advertising memory should outlast any agency, team, or platform.

Loaded when relevant

Memory enters context only for the active brand, platform, and workflow

Follows your permissions

Access rights are enforced outside the models

Never training data

One workspace's data never answers another, and never trains a model

Context, not execution

Validation and approvals stay deterministic

Your operating rules and your campaign history, built into every execution.

Future campaigns should not start from zero
